The so-called "decoupling and severing of supply chains" will only make the Chinese people suffer more and will only damage the world's supply chains. Even if the CCP were completely isolated, its leaders would still live in luxury like North Korea's rulers and continue to force the populace to worship them. Only a thorough reckoning by the international community and complete accountability for the CCP's crimes, together with liberal democracy, can provide a permanent solution.
