This is not an isolated incident but rather a systematic misconduct, with the implicit approval of China's top leader, Xi Jinping. I have reported to the highest levels of the CCP, exposing the illicit activities of the bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the First Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang. However, Xi Jinping has consistently turned a blind eye to these reports, and the time has come to hold him accountable.
