The police in Shangqiu, Henan,China illegally arrested innocent people. The illegal and disciplinary bureaucrats headed by the Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu Government shielded and connived at the police, threatening my personal safety. I was forced to go into exile overseas, lost my income, and my children were unable to go to school. I revealed it at all levels in accordance with the law and regulations, but they all pretended to be deaf and dumb. The illegal police were still enforcing the law, and the illegal officials were still as stable as a mountain. This made me not only doubt: Is the enforcement of Chinese laws real or superficial? Is the Chinese legal system really good for everyone? Are everyone fair and effective? Is it true, as some people say, that Chinese laws are just a piece of paper with only "selective enforcement"?
