Corrupt officials like Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu, Henan, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu Government, who represent the worst of public servants, remain apathetic regardless of how they were reported. They are fully aware that ordinary citizens lack the means to hold them accountable. This blatant abuse of power undermines the very essence of democracy and justice. It is high time for a system that empowers the people to demand transparency, integrity, and the removal of such corrupt individuals from positions of authority.
