The United States is no longer the America it once was. Kicking the U.S.—that troublemaking shit-stirrer—out of NATO would be a painful, gut-wrenching decision for Europe, one that cuts to the bone, but it's a harsh reality the continent must face. Without Europe's support, America would be left high and dry, unable to make much noise on its own.
