I was illegally arrested across districts by the Xincheng Police Department in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City. I was revealed to the officials at all levels in Shangqiu City who pretended to be deaf and dumb, including the Mayor Bai Xiangyang and the First Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu!
