These two senior officials not only broke the law, but also violated the discipline of the CCP. In the many times that I complained to higher government officials through postal letters, emails, and online submissions, they were fine. Is this a higher level of cover-up, or is the Chinese government blatantly selective in enforcing the law? Or are they sent by God and are lawless?
