Democratic countries are indeed good. In response to the unjust treatment I received from the UNHCR Thailand Office and their collusion with the CCP to persecute me, I wrote letters to leaders of several countries seeking support. To my relief, I actually received replies from about a dozen countries. Regardless of the outcome, this is at least comforting.
