I am from China. I was illegally arrested for questioning the police's illegal behavior. Government officials at all levels protected and connived at the police. I was forced to flee abroad. My 12-year-old child was also forced to drop out of school. Even though I am abroad, I still clearly feel the threat that follows me. I may be captured or killed at any time.
