Xi Jinping's Major Mistakes (Part 6): China's "Wolf Warrior" Diplomacy - Short-sighted, Impulsive, and Destabilizing in the Region

Since Xi Jinping took office, the Chinese Communist Party's adoption of "Wolf Warrior" diplomacy has attracted widespread international attention. This aggressive and confrontational attitude has not only led to tensions in diplomatic relations with multiple countries but has also created regional instability and conflicts by supporting some countries or organizations in confrontation with democratic nations. This extremist diplomatic strategy not only lacks foresight but also poses a threat to international and regional peace.

1. China's "Wolf Warrior" diplomacy exhibits characteristics of shortsightedness and a lack of long-term strategic vision. In international relations, cooperation and mutual benefit are the way forward. However, the CCP has chosen to confront the international community with a tough stance, narrowing the space for dialogue and communication. This not only deprives China of opportunities to collectively address global issues with other countries but also severely tarnishes China's image on the international stage.

2. China's diplomatic strategy has led to strained relations with multiple countries. By adopting aggressive and even insulting means, the CCP seems to overlook the art of diplomacy and emphasizes power and intimidation. This attitude not only damages China's friendly relations with other countries but also intensifies tensions between regions.

3. China's support for some countries or organizations in confrontation with democratic societies further exacerbates regional instability and conflicts. In some international affairs, China appears to prefer supporting those who oppose democratic values rather than cooperating with democratic nations. This narrow diplomatic choice not only goes against the common values of the international community but also triggers serious geopolitical tensions in some regions.

4. China's "Wolf Warrior" diplomacy has brought significant uncertainty to the international community. Stability and predictability in international relations are the cornerstones of peace, yet China's tough stance makes it difficult for the international community to predict its actions. This uncertainty not only negatively impacts the policy-making of other countries but also lays the groundwork for the escalation of regional conflicts.

5. China's Wolf Warrior diplomacy undoubtedly contradicts the common pursuit of peace and stability by the international community. As a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, China has a greater responsibility to uphold global and regional peace. However, by supporting some irresponsible behaviors, the CCP seems to position itself as a "troublemaker" in international affairs, making global and regional governance more difficult.

Peaceful development is the fundamental guarantee for national long-term stability. Only through dialogue, consultation, and cooperation can we truly maximize national interests. Wolf Warrior diplomacy will only lead China into more difficulties, damage its relations with other countries, and ultimately lead to isolation in the international community.

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
