Since I was taken away by three police led by Chen Xiaodong from the Xincheng Police Department of Suiyang District in the middle of the night on February 17 this year, I would like to report to you truthfully.

Process:
1. At noon on February 17, I posted a video "My Doubts--To the Public Security Bureau of Suiyang District, Shangqiu City" on the Douyin and Kuaishou platforms. See the attachment for the content.
2. At 23:19 on the same day, Captain Chen Xiaodong of the fourth team of the Xincheng Police Department in Suiyang District led two policemen to drive downstairs to the neighborhood where I lived, and called me to go downstairs to their car and asked me to delete the post, I refused , and immediately took me to the police station to take a statement (this is their wording). At the police station, I questioned the legality of their operation. Captain Chen said it was a summons (I remember it was a summons at the time, but later Captain Chen said that he did not mention the summons, but that he was cooperating with the investigation).
3. In the process of recording the statement, I was impressed by their body movements and language art, so I won't describe them in detail here.
4. Forced me to unlock my phone, downloaded Douyin and Kuaishou apps on my phone without my permission, and tried to log in, but failed. Afterwards they took my mobile phone out, and when they brought it in a few hours later, the records of my previous calls with the Xincheng Police Department were gone. What kind of behavior is this? If I didn't have a backup, I wouldn't be able to explain the content in the above attachment!
5. Around 4 am on February 18, they asked me to sign the document. Because the content on the document was very different from what I said, I refused to sign it. At this time, Captain Chen said to me a sentence that has made my back shudder until now: "Remarks are still valid if he does not sign."
6. Captain Chen then took me to a room and asked me to take out my mobile phone, keys, and belt and hand them over to them, and then locked me in the waiting room (there are still people in handcuffs in the waiting room). The policeman in charge of the waiting room asked Captain Chen how to write the reason. Captain Chen said that i have posted false news. I didn't know until now: I was charged with this crime. Sleepless all night!
Around 7.08:20, Captain Chen brought me out. A friend called me to talk about this matter. I didn't want this matter to spread in my circle of friends and classmates. I agreed to delete the post. After deleting the post at 10:04, I called Captain Chen.
8. On February 17th, Captain Chen told me that the case of losing the electric vehicle had been filed on February 15th, and I had not received a notice of filing the case, nor had I received a message. At 12:18 on February 20, i asked Captain Chen for the case registration number via phone message, but he did not. At 14:02 on March 1, I sent a phone message to Captain Chen to ask for the relevant procedures for taking me away, but there was no reply.
9. The entire process of recording the statement has audio and video evidence.
I have always been law-abiding and believe in the rule of law. I have studied administrative procedure law, civil code, and civil procedure law before, and used the knowledge I have learned to safeguard my legal rights. I have never studied criminal law, administrative punishment law, etc., because I never thought of dealing with the police.
After this arrest, I carefully read the laws, regulations, notices, etc. in this regard. I think there are a lot to discuss in it.
In this letter to you, I just narrate the process like a running account, and I don’t deal with the legal provisions in a timely manner. You have worked for many years and have a lot of experience, and you can tell it at a glance.
I have always been shocked by Captain Chen's sentence "Remarks that he does not sign, it is also valid". I hope that the Xincheng Police Department can give me relevant document to prove that I was taken away for publishing false news, not other things.
