Xi Jinping's Major Mistakes (Part 3): Suppression of Rights Lawyers, Erosion of Rule of Law

In China, rights lawyers have always been guardians of social justice, using the rule of law as their guide to speak up for ordinary people whose rights have been violated. However, in recent years, under the leadership of Xi Jinping, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has ruthlessly suppressed rights lawyers, virtually annihilating what little rule of law existed.

We must deeply understand that the rule of law is the cornerstone of a country's healthy development and a crucial guarantee for upholding social fairness and justice. However, under the leadership of Xi Jinping, the CCP has treated rights lawyers as thorns in its side, subjecting them to relentless and brutal suppression. This not only tramples on the rights of individual lawyers but also violates the principles of the rule of law, inflicting harm on the entire fabric of social justice.

Rights lawyers have become particularly disliked by the CCP for defending fairness and justice. They are often charged with crimes such as "subverting state power" or "picking quarrels and provoking troubles," being labeled as "political enemies." This crude behavior not only threatens the survival of individual rights lawyers but also erodes the foundation of the entire legal system.

The CCP employs various means of suppression, ranging from illegal detention to revocation of professional licenses. Take the 709 Incident as an example, where many prominent rights lawyers such as Wang Quanzhang and Jiang Tianyong were detained by the authorities for defending justice, subjected to torture, and their human rights grossly violated. Such actions are not only cruel persecution of individual lawyers but also brutal trampling of the rule of law, causing it to wither in darkness.

In a society governed by the rule of law, lawyers should be advocates in the courtroom and guardians of the rule of law, not targets of government repression. However, in China, rights lawyers are frequently forced to become political sacrifices, with the courtroom serving as an executor of government will. This inverted view of authoritarianism severely damages the credibility of society and puts people's faith in the rule of law at risk.

What's even more tragic is that this suppression of rights lawyers not only inflicts severe harm on them as individuals but also jeopardizes the foundation of the entire society's rule of law. In this vicious cycle, trust in the rule of law gradually weakens, and social justice loses its balance. A society without the spirit of the rule of law is destined to struggle to achieve true fairness and justice.

Faced with the CCP's madness under the leadership of Xi Jinping, we cannot remain silent, nor can we stand idly by. Only by daring to confront the problem, speak out, and take action can we uphold the spirit of the rule of law and rescue the people from peril.

We are born to create life, not to compromise ourselves to accommodate this dirty era of Xi. In the days of our lives, follow our hearts and do what we believe in, despite countless obstacles, but with an open mind and heart.

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

I have reported the illegal and disciplinary bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu city, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang from the grassroots level to the highest level in accordance with the law. Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
