My suggestions to the Mayor(3): Listen to the voice and go to the grassroots --- To the Mayor of Shangqiu Government

Dear the Mayor,

The police from the Xincheng Police Department in Suiyang District illegally arrested me across districts late at night, threatened me, and humiliated me. I was forced to flee. I boldly reported on the Internet, and I also wrote to the leaders of various government departments to disclose and ask for help, but was ignored by government officials at all levels.

As a citizen, I am well aware of the challenges and responsibilities you face in governing. Even though I was treated illegally in Shangqiu, even though I was ignored by government officials at all levels in Shangqiu, I still love Shangqiu, I love that land, and I love the people on that land. In order to better promote urban development, I would like to offer you some suggestions, hoping to enhance the connection between the people and the government and make our city better.

First of all, I suggest that you listen more to the voice of the people. People are the direct beneficiaries and participants of urban development, and they have unique insights and needs in terms of urban construction, environmental improvement, and public services. By putting public suggestion mailboxes up and holding regular public forums, you can directly listen to public opinions and suggestions. This will not only allow the public to feel that their voice is valued, but also draw valuable governance experience from it to guide the formulation and adjustment of policies.

Secondly, it is very necessary to go deep into the grassroots and take a look. Although the work of city government is concentrated in the administrative office area, but the real city life is in every corner. Behind every place is the hard work and life of the people. Going into the community and the streets to understand the hardships and needs of the people at the grassroots level can help you grasp the social situation and public opinion, and understand the expectations and needs of the people.

Third, go to people's homes to see the real situation. The formulation of policy and planning often relies on data and reports, but the human sophistication behind it often needs to be experienced personally. Visiting people's families in a timely manner to understand their living environment and practical difficulties will help you better understand the actual impact of policy implementation, avoid problems caused by divorce from reality, and be closer to the needs of the people.

Finally, I hope you can learn more about the real needs of the people. In their daily work, government departments are often subject to pressure and interference from all sides, and sometimes they may easily deviate from the original public interest orientation. Hence the need to keep a clear head and always put the wellbeing and needs of the people first. Only by listening to the voices of the people and public opinion can we better develop the city and realize the good wishes of the people.

As the Mayor of Shangqiu, you shoulder the lofty mission of serving the people. Listen more to the voices of the people, go to the grassroots to see more, go to the homes of the people to understand the real situation, and learn more about the real needs of the people, which will help you formulate policies and plans that are more in line with the actual situation, and make our city a city. A more warm, harmonious and happy home.

I wish the mayor a smooth job and contribute more wisdom and strength to the prosperity and development of the city!

Best regards!

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

I have reported the illegal and disciplinary bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu city, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang from the grassroots level to the highest level in accordance with the law. Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
