Dear Leaders, Ambassadors, and Representatives of the International Community,

The world stands at a perilous moment. The Chinese Communist Party's totalitarianism under Xi Jinping is no longer confined within China's borders—it is a suffocating force, threatening to strangle freedom worldwide. What we face is not a government, but a regime of domination: Xi Jinping has abolished term limits, built a dangerous cult of personality, crushed dissent, persecuted the innocent, targeted the families of critics, held citizens hostage through exit bans, gagged the nation with ruthless censorship, blanketed society in mass surveillance, and enforced thought control as though liberty itself were a crime. This is not merely oppression of China's people—it is an escalating threat to the entire free world.

I write to you not only as a firsthand witness, but as a victim of CCP persecution living in exile. As part of the Party's campaign of terror, my own family is currently being threatened and forcibly held under exit bans. This is how the CCP operates: by breaking the human spirit, by weaponizing fear, by using loved ones as bargaining chips.

The CCP does not represent the Chinese people—it holds them hostage. It wages war not only on freedom inside China, but on freedom across the world. Its so-called "September 3rd Military Parade" is not a commemoration of peace, nor a tribute to human dignity. It is a grotesque theater of intimidation—a parade of tanks and missiles, staged to terrify its citizens, threaten its neighbors, and brazenly defy the values of democracy and civilization. To attend, endorse, or recognize this spectacle is to stand on the side with tyranny against humanity.

History is clear. The victory of World War II was not only a military triumph—it was the triumph of civilization over barbarism, of liberty and democracy over dictatorship and despotism. Yet Xi Jinping's CCP resurrects the very practices of fascism, and in its audacity, it dares to go further. What the world swore "never again", the CCP now enacts with chilling confidence.

The threat is not abstract. It is urgent. It is here. If the world continues to look away, the chains tightening around China's people will spread outward, until freedom itself grows thin for us all.

I therefore call upon every government, every leader, every diplomat, every international organization: Boycott the CCP's September 3rd military parade. Refuse to legitimize this spectacle of fear. To boycott is to declare, clearly and unmistakably, that the free world stands united in defense of liberty, democracy, and human dignity—that we will not yield to dictatorship, despotism, or barbarism.

History will remember those who stood against tyranny—and those who stayed silent.
