The essence of the rule of law is that power is restrained. Yet under Xi Jinping’s rule, the law has become a tool for him to persecute the people.
In a true nation governed by the rule of law, all government actions—including any restrictions on citizens’ freedoms—must strictly follow legal procedures and be subject to transparent oversight. However, in China, the law has long been trampled underfoot by those in power, reduced to a plaything for their arbitrary whims. When the government can strip citizens of their freedom at will, the law becomes an utter farce, and the country descends fully into the dark abyss of rule by man.
1. The Rule of Law Is Dead, Dictatorship Runs Rampant
The core of the rule of law is the supremacy of the law: the government must act within its bounds, and no one can stand above it. Yet under Xi Jinping’s dictatorial reign, the law is no longer a restraint on power but a shackle used by the regime to suppress the people.
Government actions should be transparent and predictable, ensuring citizens know how their rights are safeguarded. However, the Yucheng County Public Security Bureau in Henan Province has imposed exit ban on my family member without any legal basis or procedure. This capricious abuse of power fully exposes the thuggish nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)—it is unbound by law, arresting or restricting whoever it pleases, with no rules to follow.
If the law cannot protect citizens from the government’s arbitrary persecution, what is its purpose? The so-called “rule of law” is nothing but a lie Xi Jinping uses to whitewash his dictatorship!
2. Evil in the Name of Law: Yucheng County Public Security Bureau Reduced to Thugs
The law exists to limit government power, preventing it from arbitrarily harming citizens. Yet under Xi Jinping’s dictatorship, the law has not only failed to shield citizens but has instead become a sharp blade to oppress them.
Look at the actions of the Yucheng County Public Security Bureau: without any legal basis or reasonable explanation, they crudely imposed exit ban on my family member. They refused to provide any official documentation, leaving us with no avenue to appeal or defend ourselves, even stripping us of our basic right to know. Isn’t this blatant abuse of power and lawlessness? Isn’t this naked state violence?
If a citizen’s freedom can be stripped away without due process, then this society has fully descended into the hell of tyranny.
3. Power Unleashed from Legal Restraints Has Gone Mad
When power is unconstrained by law, its true nature is laid bare, spiraling into extremism. Today, the Yucheng County Public Security Bureau can arbitrarily border-control someone without reason. tomorrow, it could throw anyone into prison or even take people’s lives at will. This unbridled tyranny has filled Chinese society with unease and fear.
(1) Arbitrary Deprivation of Citizens’ Freedom, No Rule of Law in Sight
Exit ban should be a serious legal measure, used only when legal procedures are followed. In China, however, it has become a political tool wielded at the CCP’s discretion. When Xi Jinping wants to suppress someone, he sends the Public Security Bureau to do the dirty work; when he wants to confine someone, exit ban is used to cut off their freedom.
(2) Judicial Remedies Are a Sham, the Government Is a Gang
When we requested the legal basis for the exit ban from the Public Security Bureau, they didn’t respond according to the law—they simply ignored us. Citizens cannot appeal or argue their case; the law is reduced to a scrap of paper, and the government becomes indistinguishable from a mafia.
(3) Total Destruction of Social Trust, Everyone Lives in Fear
When people realize they could be the next ones border-controlled or persecuted, can society remain stable? Can the people still trust the CCP regime? This lawless rule only breeds growing unrest and erodes all faith in the regime.
4. Xi Jinping’s Regime: A Dictatorial Machine Cloaked in “Rule of Law”
The so-called “rule of law” under Xi Jinping has morphed into “rule by power”—the law isn’t there to protect the people but to suppress them. In his China, people lack not only freedom of speech but even basic personal freedom, which can be stripped away at a whim.
If China truly upheld the rule of law, why would the Yucheng County Public Security Bureau dare to ignore the law and restrict people’s freedom at will? If the CCP truly cared about the rule of law, how could Xi Jinping stand above it, targeting whoever he pleases?
There’s only one answer: Xi Jinping, this dictator, doesn’t care about the law. All he wants is raw power and control.
He creates fear in the name of the law, strips away freedom under the pretext of “stability,” and uses police and courts to keep his dictatorial machine running. China is no longer a country—it’s a giant prison, and Xi Jinping is the lock that traps the people inside.
5. Reckoning with Tyranny, Restoring True Rule of Law
True rule of law demands that the government be bound by law, that power be subject to oversight, and that citizens have the right to know and appeal. Yet in Xi Jinping’s China, there is no rule of law—only lawless dictatorship.
The actions of the Yucheng County Public Security Bureau are just a microcosm of the regime’s widespread abuse of power. As long as Xi Jinping remains in power, as long as this dictatorial system stands, the law will never truly protect the people, and citizens’ rights will continue to be trampled.
When people are stripped of freedom, when the law becomes a tool of dictatorship, when the government turns into a lawless demon—the people must hold this regime accountable, bring back true rule of law, and reclaim freedom for themselves!
Xi Jinping, this shameless dictator, is the greatest cancer in China. Only by rooting him out completely can China have a future!
