1. My electric vehicle was stolen at the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City on February 9. After I reported it to the Xincheng Police Department, the case was not filed and no reason was given for not filing the case. At noon on February 17, I posted a video "My Doubts - To the Public Security Bureau of Suiyang District, Shangqiu City" on Douyin and Kuaishou platforms. In the middle of the night, three policemen led by Chen Xiaodong from the Xincheng Police Department of Suiyang District drove me away in a private car without showing their police certificates.
2. Chen Xiaodong and another thin policeman threatened and insulted me, and even recorded my statement (this is their wording).
3. Another fat policeman unlocked my phone, downloaded Douyin, Kuaishou, etc., logged in with my phone number, and tried to delete the post forcibly.
4. Chen Xiaodong and the two policemen deleted all the records of my calls with the Xincheng Police Department, and the deletion of data still cannot be restored.
5. On the morning of February 18, Director Yang of the Xincheng Police Station in Suiyang District checked my mobile phone. Under his leadership, a friend from my hometown called me and asked me to delete the post.
6. On March 13, I applied for a new price appraisal of the stolen electric vehicle, umbrella and U-shaped lock. Director Yang and Captain Chen Xiaodong both agreed, but there was no further action.
7. On March 8, I wrote a letter to Director Tan Zhenqi of the Suiyang District Public Security Bureau about my arrest, but was threatened by Director Yang of the Xincheng Police Department in Suiyang District, trying to arrest me a second time.
8. On July 17, I published "A public letter to Director Huang Jiheng of Shangqiu City Public Security Bureau" on the Internet, and left my contact information in the director's mailbox on the website of the Public Security Bureau, but there is no response so far
9. On July 19, I sent a letter to Shangqiu City Mayor Bai Xiangyang, and signed for it on July 24, but there has been no news. I published the content of the letter on the Internet on July 28, titled "A public letter to the Shangqiu People's Government to Bai Xiangyang", but there is still no news.
10. On 2023-07-26, I published the "The Public Letter to the Direct Departments of Suiyang District, Shangqiu City" on the Internet, naming Secretary Sun Jingquan, District Mayor Li Changdong, Secretary Xin Yongli and Chief Prosecutor Ma Nanhua, but there is still no news.
As a victim, my electric car was first stolen, then I was forcibly taken away by the police across districts late at night to make a statement, they also threatened and insulted me, hacked into my mobile phone without authorization, violated my personal information, destroyed evidence, searched me, and and imprisoned me in the waiting room with the handcuffed person together, and I couldn't sleep all night. The next morning, I was already in a trance. If I had been detained for a little longer, I guess my life would have been given.
The reason why I came abroad was because I faced threats to my personal safety in Shangqiu. They can cross districts, and of course they can also cross provinces. They can arrest me and imprison me at any time. Maybe there will be some accident, and my life will be over.

I have wrote to the leaders of governments at all levels to complain and ask for help, but they were ignored by government officials at all levels.
