Mr. Xi Jinping, Is Your Governance Turning a Blind Eye to Injustice?

Mr. Xi Jinping, I have heard of your governance, albeit not delved into it nor inclined to do so. Today, on a whim, I decided to search and found mentions of "the people as masters of the country" and "comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline." This revelation shocked me profoundly, presenting a stark contrast to what I have witnessed and experienced firsthand.

Due to my questioning of police illegal act (supported by detailed legal grounds and direct evidence), I was unlawfully arrested by police from Shangqiu City, Henan Province, nearly a year ago. The current situation is: the political clique led by the First Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu City, continue their theatrics, frequently attending high-profile meetings and ribbon-cutting ceremonies. Meanwhile, as the victim, I am forced into exile abroad, my daughter forced to drop out of school; we live in constant fear of arrest, with my family also suffering, my father sustaining fractures from a beating, and my son bitten, while the perpetrators remain at large.

I've heard that "the people as masters of the country" is a fundamental principle emphasized by the Communist Party of China, which entails the people playing the principal role in national governance, actively participating in decision-making and management of national and social affairs. This ideology stresses that political power originates from and belongs to the people, with the ultimate goal of the state being the people's welfare.

As a member of the people, abiding by the law and contributing to society, I find myself persecuted, threatened, detained, and implicated at every turn. Whether I stand opposed to them or they stand opposed to me, the fact remains that we are at odds, with me seemingly branded as an irredeemable criminal. I hear the rhetoric of "the people as masters of the country," but I have yet to witness its true essence.

On numerous occasions, I've seen you emphatically mention "the people as masters of the country," resonating with powerful words and lofty ideals. Yet in reality, it seems to dissipate like a passing breeze.

If the arrest by a few police officers could be deemed an isolated incident, my formal and systematic reports to the local authorities, the provincial government, and even the State Council have yielded no response. This ceases to be an isolated incident and becomes a systemic issue. Where in the entire system can we see "the people as masters of the country" reflected, even in the slightest? As the highest leader of the nation, how do you perceive this issue?

"A country does not know its people, and the people do not know their country." I thought this was a problem only of the late Qing dynasty, but has it resurfaced today?

Now, let's talk about "comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline."

The political clique led by the Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, seems to consist entirely of Communist Party members, from the head of the case review team to the police station chief, to the director of public security, to the district head, to the district first secretary of the CCP, to the mayor, to the city first secretary of the CCP. Am I correct in saying so?

As an ordinary citizen leading a simple life with humble thoughts, I believe even if Party members and officials do little or nothing substantial, they should not collude with evildoers, for that would be the greatest evil. If a political party tolerates such villains, it ceases to be a just party, and if a government tolerates such corrupt officials, it ceases to be a government of the people!

Under your leadership, officials often fall from grace. It has been nearly a year since I began reporting, with ample concrete evidence, yet I have received no response. These officials continue to thrive while I face persecution after persecution.

In conclusion, Mr. Xi, are you turning a blind eye to injustice, watching the heavens with one eye and closing the other to the earth?

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

I have reported the illegal and disciplinary bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu city, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang from the grassroots level to the highest level in accordance with the law. Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
