Chinese refugee Tan Yixiang is facing deportation in Thailand, and I have several points to make:

1. In the case of holding a UNHCR card, if Tan is indeed deported, even though Thailand is not a signatory to the Refugee Convention, the Thai government still violates the customary international law of non-refoulement, and should be morally condemned.

2. From this incident, we can see the dire situation of Chinese democracy defenders. I hope genuine democrats use your influence to help people in the free world better understand the CCP and Chinese dissidents, truly aiding Chinese dissidents.

3. Engage in the democratic movement, defend freedom. Don't treat this noble mission as a job, but as a career, a belief, requiring real action.

4. Some individuals and organizations claiming to champion democracy are merely freeloaders, tarnishing the cause. They should leave promptly and make room for genuine democracy activists.

5. The influence of the CCP extends throughout Southeast Asia. Chinese refugees should maintain the legality of their documents and visas. If possible, leave as soon as conditions allow.

Since 2012, due to my meddlesome nature, I've been self-studying law and advocating for rights in mainland China. My experiences are numerous, with successes and failures, deepening my understanding of the CCP.

I was forced into exile in July 2023 due to CCP persecution, and my family suffered as well. Despite reaching out to numerous human rights organizations and influential figures for help when my father's arm was broken and my son was injured, the results were disappointing.

During my eight months in exile, I closely followed the current state, progress, and trends of the Chinese democracy movement, as well as the attitudes of Western democracies towards it. It's nothing short of profound.

Regarding Tan Yixiang's case, I will contact relevant Thai government agencies. Though uncertain of the outcome, it's better to act than to do nothing.

I used to be a programmer, ran a small company, and faced many challenges and storms. Though life is difficult now, my mindset is optimistic. Regarding the Chinese democracy movement, I echo a phrase: "I will be selfless!"

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

I have reported the illegal and disciplinary bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu city, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang from the grassroots level to the highest level in accordance with the law. Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
