Overthrow autocracy, eliminate dictatorship!

Xi Jinping, what should you do when your subordinates don’t understand the law?

The Public Security Bureau in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, restricted my son’s exit from the country merely due to 'lack of stable employment,' particularly citing the prevention of telecom fraud as a reason, but lacking specific legal grounds. The Exit and Entry Administration Law and other relevant regulations do not explicitly state that 'lack of stable employment' is a legitimate reason for prohibiting exit. Therefore, restricting exit based solely on this generalized reasoning does not align with the principles of proportionality and due process.
