After I published the "An Open Letter to Prime Minister Li Qiang", my English account of Twitter was frozen. There are four reasons:
1. I reposted the content to various United Nations agencies and well-known foreign media.
2. I accepted media interviews.
3. High-level officials took action.
4. Twitter misjudged.
I immediately submitted some evidences about human rights and rule of law and illegal detention and torture, and making it clear that liberal Twitter should not help Evil Forces, and then two days later, yesterday afternoon, the ban was finally lifted.
