The Public Security Bureau in Shangqiu, Henan Province, is restricting my son from leaving China.

I have studied numerous laws, and none of them provide grounds for this restriction.

I also consulted several lawyers, and they mentioned that the Public Security Bureau could impose an exit restriction based on vague or fabricated allegations, counting on the fact that most people would not challenge it.

In other words, they could make up any excuse to deflect, but even such an excuse must comply with the law.
