Why have you not arranged an RSD interview for me for so long?

I have contacted you by email many times, begging for an RSD interview, why have you ignored it?

My daughter has dropped out of school for a year because of me, and she cannot go to school. Why do you stand by and watch me and my daughter suffer in difficulties?

The purpose of the UNHCR is to protect the rights of refugees and provide assistance. But why have you ignored us for so long? Why do you dare to violate the purpose of the UNHCR?
