I thought that when I went overseas, I would not be threatened by them and my personal safety would be guaranteed. But when I went overseas, threats followed me everywhere, and I was forced to flee to many countries.
My latest escape was that I originally booked a flight ticket for 2023-10-17. Due to threats to my personal safety, I was forced to change my ticket to 2023-10-08. However, a few hours after I got off the plane, my father I was beaten to fractures in my hometown, and my son was bitten. Do you think it was a coincidence? It is obviously provocation and intentional injury under the criminal law, but the murderer is still at large! I simply questioned the police's violation of the law and was arrested by the police across the district on the same day. This is in sharp contrast in terms of arrest efficiency.
Under the leadership of an illegal political gang headed by the Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu, Henan, China and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu Government, I personally experienced that the police can arrest people at will, torture at will, detain at will, persecute at will, and engage in political gangs. Is it going to be governed by the underworld?
I have always believed that the corruption of individual officials in Shangqiu City, Henan Province was an isolated case and did not represent the government. However, through my legal reporting, I was surprised to find that the government departments I contacted ignored my persecution. I couldn't help but wonder if this represented the will of the Chinese government?
On January 22, 2013, the General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Second Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CCP that in order to strictly govern the party, the hand of punishment must not be relaxed. We must persist in fighting "tigers" and "flies" at the same time, not only resolutely investigate and deal with cases of leading cadres violating disciplines and laws, but also effectively solve unhealthy tendencies and corruption problems that occur around the masses.
On January 13, 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CCP that we must continue to fight "tigers" and "flies" together, focusing on investigating and punishing disciplinary and law-breaking issues that do not stop.
I don’t know whether the illegal and disciplinary political gangs headed by the Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu, Henan, China and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu Government are considered “tigers” or “flies”, but whether they are “tigers” or “flies”, they must be punished resolutely.

I really want to seek justice for myself through legal channels, but the reality tells me that as long as I am in China, I will be arrested immediately, and my life is not guaranteed. I believe no one wants to experience such worry and helplessness.

I am writing this letter just hoping to get your help to severely crack down on the illegal and disciplinary political gangs headed by the Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu, Henan, China and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu Government, and bring justice to the people.

I just hope that I can return to my hometown, my personal safety can be guaranteed, and start my life again.
I want my child to be able to continue her education.
I hope that the pain and injustice I have experienced can receive the attention and treatment it deserves, and that officials and police who violate laws and disciplines can receive the punishment they deserve.
I hope even more that my tragedy will never happen again and that people can live a healthy life.
