My Family Member Has Been Placed Under Exit Control (3) — the CCP Brutal Dictator Xi Jinping, How Dare You Allow Yucheng Public Security Bureau to Arbitrarily Restrict People's Freedom to Travel?

In modern society, the right to leave one's country is an inherent and fundamental human right, a symbol of free movement, and an embodiment of individual dignity. However, under the reckless actions of Yucheng Public Security Bureau in Henan Province, this fundamental right has been completely trampled on, distorted into a “privilege” that can be arbitrarily revoked, used as a tool to threaten and control citizens. Such behavior is not only a blatant violation of citizens' rights but also a shameless provocation against the rule of law and basic humanity. Yucheng Public Security Bureau has become a tool of oppression against the people!

My child, 24 years old, was full of excitement when he planned to travel to Thailand in November 2024. However, at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, he was intercepted by customs due to a so-called “exit control” imposed by Yucheng Public Security Bureau! The reason given was absurd: "Young people without stable jobs must be prevented from engaging in telecom fraud." If this is not outright persecution, then what is it? Jia Tao, the chief of Yucheng Public Security Bureau—do you have any humanity left? How can you shamelessly use such a ridiculous excuse? This is yet another ironclad proof that the CCP is persecuting the people through despicable means. This is the epitome of shamelessness!

1. The Right to Leave is Not a “Privilege,” but an Innate Human Right

A 24-year-old young person, in the prime of his life, law-abiding, with no criminal record, was denied the right to travel simply because he wanted to visit Thailand. The reason given by Yucheng Public Security Bureau is laughable: “Young people without stable jobs must be prevented from engaging in telecom fraud.” This is not a joke—it is reality! By using such a weak excuse, Yucheng Public Security Bureau has completely deprived an innocent citizen of his right to leave the country. Since when has the right to exit a country become a “privilege” that can be arbitrarily controlled? In any country governed by the rule of law, the right to travel abroad is a constitutional right that must not be violated. But in the eyes of Yucheng Public Security Bureau, it is merely an order that can be issued at will.

What is even more outrageous is that this was done without any formal judicial process, without a clear justification, and without giving the individual any opportunity to appeal. With just a single “exit control” order, a young person’s future is locked away. Where is the rule of law in this? This is nothing but the naked abuse of power and a blatant violation of citizens' freedom!

2. An Invisible Shackles That Strangles Young People's Future

A 24-year-old youth, who should have limitless opportunities ahead, is now trapped in endless anxiety and distress because of Yucheng Public Security Bureau’s "exit control." He has committed no crime, broken no law, and harmed no one—yet he is being punished simply because his father once questioned police misconduct. This is pure political persecution and blatant retaliation against citizens! Yucheng Public Security Bureau is not only restricting his freedom to leave the country but also cutting him off from the outside world, effectively placing him under house arrest. His life plans are ruined, career opportunities lost, and his future mercilessly destroyed by a single "exit control" order.

Tell me, Yucheng Public Security Bureau—what right do you have to rob a young person of his dreams? What gives you the authority to crush his hopes with your abuse of power? This invisible shackle is not just an attack on an individual’s life but a challenge to fairness and justice in society. How can a system that fails to protect even the most basic personal freedoms expect to develop? How can there be a future? The actions of Yucheng Public Security Bureau have trampled on citizens' dignity and discarded the very notion of legal justice.

3. Abuse of Power Exposes the Ugly Face of Political Suppression

The so-called "exit control" measure imposed by Yucheng Public Security Bureau is not for "preventing telecom fraud" at all—it is a complete political tool. The real reason this young person was denied travel rights is because his father refused to be silenced after exposing police misconduct. In order to suppress and intimidate the victim’s family, Yucheng Public Security Bureau shamelessly extended its repression to an innocent young man, using "exit control" as a means to imprison him within the country and sever his ties to the world. This is not law enforcement—this is political persecution!

What is even more infuriating is that there are no clear standards for this “exit control,” no fair review process, and not even a basic legal justification. This administrative measure has long since exceeded the scope of law enforcement and has become a symbol of unchecked power abuse. In the hands of Yucheng Public Security Bureau, a citizen’s right to leave the country has been turned into a bargaining chip, a weapon to threaten and control people. This alarming situation means that any ordinary person could be the next victim, and any family could find itself plunged into a nightmare of fear.

4. Yucheng Public Security Bureau Chief Jia Tao Must Be Held Accountable!

As the head of Yucheng Public Security Bureau, Jia Tao must take full responsibility for this series of outrageous and unlawful actions. Since you sit in that position, you must be accountable for what has happened! By placing an innocent young person under “exit control,” stripping him of his right to travel, and ruining his future—where is the respect for the law? Do you really think a flimsy excuse like "preventing telecom fraud" can cover up your political motives? Can it justify your violation of citizens' rights? Nonsense! Shame on you!

The actions of Yucheng Public Security Bureau must be thoroughly investigated, and Jia Tao must be held fully accountable for these violations! Otherwise, how can citizens' rights be protected? How can the bottom line of the rule of law be upheld? How can justice in society be realized?

5. Citizens’ Right to Exit Must Not Be Violated

The right to leave the country is an inherent and fundamental human right. It is not a privilege granted by the government, nor is it a tool that can be arbitrarily controlled. The actions of Yucheng Public Security Bureau highlight the regime’s tight grip on individual freedoms and its complete betrayal of the principles of the rule of law. The right of citizens to leave should not depend on the whims of the government but must be safeguarded by law—without compromise!

A thorough investigation must be conducted into the unlawful actions of Yucheng Public Security Bureau, and those responsible must be punished accordingly!

Jia Tao, the Chief of Yucheng Public Security Bureau—you owe the people an explanation!

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

I have reported the illegal and disciplinary bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu city, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang from the grassroots level to the highest level in accordance with the law. Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
