My Complaint Journey Under Xi Jinping’s Dictatorship

Under Xi Jinping’s dictatorship, the law in China is nothing more than a facade, while the abuse of power has become the norm.

On February 17, 2023, because I questioned the illegal actions of the police, I was subjected to comprehensive suppression by a corrupt bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, and the mayor Bai Xiangyang. This included illegal arrest, interrogation, body search, and detention—they provided me with a "one-stop service."

On July 16, 2023, with no other choice, I was forced into exile, with my first stop being Malaysia.

On July 19, 2023, I submitted a complaint via the official website of the Shangqiu Public Security Bureau (PSB), addressing it to the bureau chief, Huang Jiheng. However, it wasn’t until September 4, 2023, that I received a response so absurd and disgusting that it defied belief—I had reported the head of Suiyang District PSB, Tan Zhenqi, along with four officers from the Xincheng Police Station. Yet, Huang Jiheng, the chief of the Shangqiu PSB, simply handed my complaint over to the very person I was accusing—the head of the Suiyang District PSB! The outcome was predictable: a few dismissive words, a perfunctory statement saying the matter had been “handled,” and not a single mention of any concrete disciplinary action. At that moment, I truly witnessed the essence of "officials protecting each other."

On July 19, 2023, I filed a complaint with the 12389 Public Security Ministry Reporting Center. On July 20, I submitted a complaint to the 12337 platform. That same day, I also sent a complaint letter via SF Express International to Shangqiu mayor Bai Xiangyang. The letter was signed for on July 24. However, all these complaints have since remained unanswered.

On July 26, 2023, I submitted a complaint through the Suiyang District Government’s website, addressing it to the First Secretary Sun Jingquan of the CCP in Suiyang District , the District Governor Li Changdong, the Disciplinary Inspection Commission, Suiyang District Supervisory Commission Secretary Xin Yongli, and Procuratorate Chief Ma Nanhua. I hoped someone would uphold justice. Yet, I received no response.

On July 30, 2023, I sent another complaint letter via SF Express International to Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu City, Henan Province. It was signed for on August 3. Again, there was no response.

On August 20, 2023, I submitted a complaint via the Henan Provincial Government’s Internet Supervision platform. On August 31, I filed a complaint with the 12309 China Procuratorate website. On September 6, I submitted a complaint to the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia. The response was the same: silence, indifference, and even intensified suppression.

On September 19, 2023, I published an open letter to Premier Li Qiang, hoping that the highest levels of leadership would rectify the situation and bring me justice. But once again, I was met with nothing but dead silence.

On October 10, 2023, I sent an open letter to Li Xi, a Politburo Standing Committee member and the Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. On October 13, I sent an email to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, hoping they would forward my complaint to the relevant authorities. On December 29, I wrote an open letter to Xi Jinping himself, the so-called “anti-corruption champion,” hoping he would acknowledge the suffering of an ordinary citizen. Yet, all my efforts disappeared into the void.

I have exhausted every possible avenue, from local to central authorities, from mail to online platforms, from domestic channels to international ones, but all I have encountered is a wall of silence. These so-called “leaders” and “public servants” have all chosen to feign deafness, treating public grievances as nothing but garbage. This is not the rule of law—this is the naked oppression of power.

Should I surrender and apologize to these shameless villains? Not a chance! If they refuse to give me an answer, I will give them one instead. I will continue exposing their ugly faces and let the world see how these beasts in official robes exploit the people and trample on human rights.

When the rule of law becomes a mere decoration, the people have no choice but to save themselves!

And of course, I have also come to one clear realization: to resolve these problems, the first step is to remove the Chinese Communist Party and Xi Jinping.

Xi Jinping needs to take responsibility for this and should resign!

I have reported the illegal and disciplinary bureaucratic group led by Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu city, Henan Province, and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang from the grassroots level to the highest level in accordance with the law. Xi Jinping, where is your anti-corruption campaign in the regime you lead?
