In a society where national laws clearly stipulate, we have the right to demand protection in accordance with the law. However, my personal experience reveals a deeper problem, which is - in Shangqiu, Henan, China, power can exceed the law. Police can ignore the law, and this happened to me.
I suffered unimaginable abuse and humiliation for questioning the behavior of the police. These policemen illegally arrested me across districts, but they did not wear police uniforms, did not drive a police car, and did not show their police identification cards, and they had no reasonable explanation or reason. They were like bandits entering the village, or even worse than bandits. They subjected me to disguised corporal punishment, imprisoned me with handcuffed criminals, and violated my basic human rights.
What is even more shocking is that they hacked into my mobile phone without authorization, destroyed evidence, and contacted my relatives and friends privately in an attempt to control the flow of information. These behaviors not only seriously violate the law, but also seriously infringe on personal privacy rights. It is unacceptable that all this happened in a so-called society governed by the rule of law.
I reported this incident to government leaders at all levels, but sadly, headed by the Secretary Li Guosheng of the CCP in Shangqiu and the Mayor Bai Xiangyang of Shangqiu Government pretended to be deaf and dumb, but in essence they were shielding and conniving at the police. Which resulted in me having to go into exile abroad and my child being forced to drop out of school. However, those who did harm are still at their posts and continue to so-called "serve the people."
What kind of world is this? What kind of society? Is this the so-called new era? Aren’t we looking forward to a society full of justice, integrity and the rule of law? Aren’t we looking forward to having everyone enjoy happiness and harmony during the Mid-Autumn Festival?
In this so-called new era, justice still seems to be just a slogan, and for those officials and police who violate laws, it seems that they can get away with it and do not have to take responsibility for their crimes. However, crimes will eventually be punished as they deserve. No matter how powerful the power is, it cannot escape justice. These officials and police involved in improper conduct will eventually face the consequences of their crimes and will be punished by law and condemned by history. Their retribution will come sooner or later, and justice will eventually defeat evil. This is an irreversible law.

This is Chen Xiaodong, thie Captain of the Fourth Case Interrogation Team of Xincheng Police Station, Suiyang District, Shangqiu, Henan, China. He led two other policemen to arrest me across districts. He has no understanding of the law. I despise him.
This is Yang Jingtao, the Chief of Xincheng Police Station in Suiyang District, Shangqiu, Henan, China. He coordinated and directed my arrest, which was carried out by other policemen. It was deeply hidden, but I still have direct evidence of his involvement.
This is Tan Zhenqi, the Police Chief of Suiyang District, Shangqiu, Henan, China. I sent him a courier on March 8, explaining that the Xincheng Police Station police arrested me, but he has remained silent until now. I think he is incompetent, he should retire and return to his hometown. This is still a polite way of saying it.
This is Huang Jiheng, the Director of the Public Security Bureau of Shangqiu, Henan, China. I reported him in the director’s mailbox on the official website of the Shangqiu Public Security Bureau on July 19. However, more than 50 days later, he replied to me by the name of the Suiyang District Public Security Bureau. A mindless result. I know he want to avoid risks, but it's impossible.
This is Bai Xiangyang, the Mayor of Shangqiu Government. I sent the report letter to him by international express on July 20. It has been more than two months now and there is no reply. Since you are occupying the manhole and not shitting, you should hurry up and get out of the way. Go ahead.
This is Li Guosheng, the Secretary of the CCP in Shangqiu. I sent the report letter to him by international courier on July 30. It has been two months now and he still has nothing to do.
