The police in Shangqiu, Henan illegally arrested innocent people. I reported to governments and leaders at all levels, but they pretended to be deaf and dumb. I was forced to live in exile overseas. Now I am going to the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia to submit a report letter. I hope they can submit it to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on my behalf.
